This role will be instrumental in implementing SEO best practices, optimizing site architecture, and ensuring technical SEO compliance. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of front-end and back-end web technologies, web performance optimization, and structured data implementation. Key Responsibilities : Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications to enhance search engine rankings and site performance. Implement technical SEO best practices, including structured data, canonicalization, and site speed optimization. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure SEO-friendly site architecture, URL structures, and metadata. Perform website audits to identify and resolve SEO and performance issues, including indexing, crawling, and rendering problems. Work with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) to ensure search engine accessibility. Implement schema markup, JSON-LD, and other structured data techniques to improve rich search results. Optimize Core Web Vitals and page load speeds using tools such as Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and Google Search Console. Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and implement necessary updates to maintain rankings. Required Skills & Qualifications : 5+ years of experience as a Web Engineer or Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on SEO. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.). Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) for SEO purposes. Knowledge of technical SEO principles, including indexing, crawling, structured data, and page speed optimization. Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or headless CMS solutions. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Lighthouse. Understanding of web performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, image compression, and caching strategies. Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, or Python) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and tracking implementations for analytics and conversion optimization. Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CDN optimizations. Experience with international SEO and multilingual site implementations.
