Position: AGILE SCRUM MASTERS Duration: Contract Location: Remote Mandatory: Utility or Public sector exp is Must SCOPE OF WORK: Experienced Scrum Masters to provide scrum master services, to support the implementation of SMUD s customer technology platforms. The contractors will be expected to apply SAFe principles and enhance effective team performance. Each contractor will support two of SMUD s agile teams. Contractors will lead scrum teams through all team ceremonies and activities to ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions. Participate across the agile community in scrum or scrum ceremonies and be able to represent the status of efforts and health of team. Mandatory Requirements 1) Scrum Master Certification 2) 3 years experience using Scaled Agile Framework- SAFe 3) Experience identifying impediments and advocating for the resolution/mitigation of the impediments. Technical Requirements 1) Expert knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Align work management tools 2) Ability to create and manage agile team backlog, sprint plans, roadmaps and productivity reporting within the work management tools 3) Experience leading agile ceremonies including team stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, PI Planning ceremonies, team retrospective sessions 4) Ability to coordinate and link test cases and testing results with development user stories and tasks Desirable Qualifications Utility Experience Strong understanding of development best practices Experience as a Release Train Engineer Strong communication skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Keywords: |
