The contractor will be part of a fusion team and will work under the direction of a FINRA Engineering Manager, who will provide governance around the implementation to ensure its success. The contractor will maintain the Power BI Dashboard/Reports and integrations built using AWS Technologies. Further, over time, will be expected to design, develop, validate, and implement Financial Planning models. Location: Maryland, Gaithersburg Need a genuine candidate who has power BI and Java experience and AWS Interview with this client is tough Rate: $55/hr ctc all Inclusive Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience implementing AWS Technologies and Power BI Reporting. Possesses analytical skills. Detailed oriented. Ability to gather requirements from users/stakeholders. Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications. Expert in SQL queries. Experience in REST API, SOAP API, and API Authentication Proficient in at least Java and JavaScript Experienced in AWS technologies such as AWS Storage (S3), AWS Postgres, ESMP, AWS Step Functions, AWS Lambda Functions, and CICD Pipelines using Jenkins. Experience using Excel, formulas, and pivot tables. Ability to unit test the feature(s). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Implement solutions using Microsoft Power BI tool suite and related technologies Proficient in developing complex of Data Analytics Expressions (DAX) and M (Power) Queries Experience with developing interactive dashboards e.g., parameters, actions, navigation for ease of use. Proficient in creating dataflows or datamarts Experience with designing composite models Experience with report building and developing paginated reports Experience with applying roles and Row Level Security (RLS) to Reports, Apps and workspaces Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions. Willingness to learn new niche tools.
