Developing ML models that allow us to be prescriptive as opposed to reactive. Staying informed of next generation data and analytical tools. Converting ad hoc analyses into scalable solutions and tools that can be used on demand as self-serve. Helping reveal actionable insights for individuals within various business functions. Cleaning, prepping and verifying the integrity of data for analyses. 6+ years of relevant professional experience. Experience building datasets for ad hoc usage, BI tools and/or advanced analytics. Ability to solve complex analytical problems. Strong quantitative and analytics background, with experience in statistical modeling, and visualization. Experience in data engineering, data science, or operations research/analysis preferred. Demonstrable knowledge of common coding languages (Python, SQL, R) with ability to learn new skills and apply skills in new environments. Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues and work well with vendors/partners.
