LOCAL CANDIDATES STRONGLY PREFERRED. IMPORTANT: The IDEAL candidate will have sr level experience in managing HIGH-COMPLEXITY, HIGH-RISK projects of ($10M +). Must be able to pass the VSP Fingerprint criminal background check if selected. Candidates MUST have managed a COV "Commonwealth of Virginia" project with a budget of at least $5 million or a non-COV project with a budget of at least $10 million in order to be considered. If this is not reflected in the resume they will not be considered. JOB DESCRIPTION *This position is onsite Responsibilities: Ling cloud hosted SaaS projects and business change management that focus on leveraging modern technology to improve public safety and customer services statewide. Most projects have a high degree of complexity. Perform project planning. L project teams. Create and manage project budgets. Manage project scope. Identify project risks and risk mitigation strategies. L requirements documentation. Manage relationships and coordinate with interface partners, suppliers and technical staff. L business change management, with an emphasis on effective communications, building stakeholder trust and measuring performance. Coordinate changes to network infrastructures in partnership with technical staff. Coordinate the deployment of equipment used by SaaS applications. Prepare reports for management. Perform other duties as assigned.
