Title: GIS Developer Location: Lansing, MI Description: We are currently moving or storing tank records out of our Accela solution and into an ESRI GIS/Custom solution being built in-house. The public will access this system to register and track their tanks and make payments. We also use this to guide our field inspections and plan review process. Required Skills: A bachelors degree in a technical area such as mathematics, computer science, engineering, or information systems. Professional experience with Esri software or various software systems, such as ArcGIS Online, and Enterprise At least two years of experience with ESRI SAAS solutions such as feature layers, Experience Builder, Attribute rules, Map Viewer, Hub community, Portal, geodatabases, Rest services, web applications, and Arcade expressions Programming and scripting experience with languages such as Python and JavaScript Utilize GIS-based web applications, including ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcGIS Pro, and Survey123, to create detailed maps, reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
