Understand CUSTOMER Baseline (i.e. Core Products / Solutions) & the Line Of Business (LOB) agreed scope Work with the LOB Lead to help extend the MMS Baseline functional pages to a) include the non-MMS components and b) ensure the agreed scope for that LOB is documented fully. Update the Functional Pages to describe how the customer achieves each eTOM process, including:- Business Context, a high-level functional description, the acceptance criteria, any assumptions, exclusions or examples to help provide context. Work with the product Owners to ensure the High Level Functional Description is possible. Manage their workload, understand the priorities to ensure they are working on the top priority deliverables. 1) FDD Only, 2)Change / Deltas, 3) Use cases later (i.e. not in the FDD for current date) Work with the Test Analysts to address any review comments from their review activities Work with Architects if required to ensure the proposed solution can be architected in CUSTOMERs components.
