Identify performance risks and create mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues with hands-on expertise. Experience in APM tools to monitor and analyze application performance. Conduct load and stress tests using Neoload, JMeter & Load runner. Schedule and lead triage calls to address application performance issues with teams. Communicate testing progress and results clearly to stakeholders. Recommend optimizations based on performance test findings. Collaborative problem-solving skills.
