Hi Professionals, I hope you are doing well, A brief version of the job description is attached below, if you are interested revert to my mail with your updated resume Role: Microsoft Power Automate with RPA Location: Remote - USA Positions: 2 Contract roles & 2 Fulltime positions Overview We are seeking a Power Automate Lead to drive automation initiatives across the organization using Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, and AI Builder technology. This role will be instrumental in streamlining business processes, improving efficiency, and guiding teams through digital transformation strategies. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows. Analyze and optimize existing workflows to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define goals, and implement automation strategies. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in Power Automate, including hands-on expertise in Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows. Experience with AI Builder for intelligent automation. Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization. Familiarity with CoPilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) for chatbot automation. Experience in Power Apps and Power Pages is a plus. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Power, JavaScript, or Python) is an advantage.. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services. Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for end-to-end automation. Familiarity with CI/CD practices for Power Platform development.
