TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have Absence Management Benefits Administration Oracle HCM Oracle HCM Cloud Strong Payroll, OTL & Absence functional expertise is a plus This role will also assist in guiding the functional leads and business process owners through the configuration and testing of the quarterly releases including Redwood updates. This role will also provide internal customers with the best possible solutions to utilize Oracle Fusion HCM, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems, and provide user support. Perform other duties as assigned. Review and evaluate quarterly updates and prepare and execute required testing within the specified timeline. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs. Design, implement, and maintain HCM configuration for our stakeholders using Oracle Cloud HCM. Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements. Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
