They are fine with someone in the US Preferably GC and USC maybe OPT will work Currently they have a Shopify solution architect but he is not providing the level of help that they need. The idea is either to find a solution architect to replace this one or to find a consultant that can partner with him and take care of the things that are not being supported. Example of projects and help they need: 1. AEO's shopify is onl Rest APIs. Shopify let them know that they need to move to Graph QL. This is a project that needs to be completed. They need someone who is very good with communication and keeping everyone updated with projects as they figure out how to get this done with the AEO resources available. (engineers, etc.) 2. They have Shopify talking to Google Analytics and then to BigQuery. They are getting crazy numbers from marketing about users on the website for Todd Snyder. Looks like Bot numbers. The challenge is an attribution issue. They need someone that is familiar with all 3 of these software and knows how they work together and can get to the root cause and fix the number anominaly. 3. Manager needs someone who knows all aspects of shopify, back end, analytics, and APIS and support. he needs to be able to ask someone to do a light configuration for a proof of concept to show the business stake holders how a proposed change will look to the customers.
