This role goes beyond solution design, requiring a visionary thinker capable of influencing organizational strategy while also driving actionable execution. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic acumen with hands-on technical expertise, a collaborative approach, and the ability to inspire innovation across teams. Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Candidate should be able to design and then implement solutions. Experience in ideating and scaling innovation programs and fostering alignment between IT and business teams. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to influence and inspire across organizational boundaries. Develop & Drive Technology Strategy: Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies. Establish and maintain enterprise architecture principles, governance, patterns and standards to guide IT initiatives. Innovation & Ideation Continuously evaluate trends, tools, and methodologies, recommending disruptive technologies that can transform business models. Holistic Solution Architecture Balance high-level enterprise architecture with actionable, practical solution designs to deliver value at all levels. Ensure seamless integration of applications, data, and processes across business functions, delivering holistic solutions. Anticipate and address potential risks related to resiliency, scalability, security, and technical debt in architectural decisions.
