Job Title: Cybersecurity ArchitectAbout Us: Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Architect to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of our security architecture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security frameworks, threat landscape, and best practices for protecting an enterprises systems and data. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems, applications, and infrastructure are designed and implemented with security in mind from the ground up.Responsibilities: Security Architecture Design: Design, implement, and manage security architectures across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Define security strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and risk management goals. Architect secure, scalable, and resilient security systems to support business and technical requirements. Identify and address security gaps in current systems and design solutions to mitigate risks. Security Solutions & Technologies: Evaluate and recommend security tools, technologies, and platforms (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, encryption, IAM). Oversee the implementation and management of security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM, and DLP. Integrate security into development pipelines, ensuring secure software development practices (DevSecOps). Risk Management & Threat Assessment: Perform risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address security vulnerabilities and threats. Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements. Security Policies & Best Practices: Establish security policies, standards, and procedures to govern the use of information and technology within the organization. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.). Implement and enforce security controls, access management protocols, and encryption standards. Incident Response & Recovery: Lead incident response activities in the event of a cybersecurity breach or security event. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks from potential security incidents. Conduct post-mortem analysis of security incidents and ensure lessons learned are applied to strengthen the overall security posture. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with IT teams, network administrators, application developers, and other departments to ensure security is embedded in all systems and processes. Lead and mentor security teams and provide guidance on security best practices. Communicate complex security topics to non-technical stakeholders, including executives, in a clear and actionable manner. Security Awareness & Training: Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs for employees.
