This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with hands-on experience in PPM/SPM, cross-application integration, and custom development on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and solutions to meet business needs, as well as experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize ServiceNow modules, including PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and SPM (Service Portfolio Management). Develop custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations to support business processes. Ensure seamless cross-application integration across various systems. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery. Create and maintain technical documentation for custom development and integrations. Required Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform. Proven experience with PPM/SPM modules in ServiceNow. Strong experience in cross-application integration within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Proficiency in ServiceNow development: scripting, UI, workflows, business rules, and more. Experience with custom development on the ServiceNow platform, including creating and modifying modules and integrations. Must have lived in the U.S. for the past 3 years (H1B candidates welcome with required residency). LinkedIn profile required (for verification purposes).
