Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend and frontend solutions. Backend Development: Design and implement backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. Frontend Development: Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React. System Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. Code Quality: Establish best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks, implement improvements, and resolve complex technical issues. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend and full-stack development. 2+ years in a lead or senior developer role. Proven experience working with retail clients and understanding their unique technical and business needs. Technical Skills: Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Hibernate, JPA. Frontend: React, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design. Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins. Other: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
