Note: Candidate is going to be the only Tableau Development/Specialist on the team ! Ideal Candidate Ability to look at content and making sure it is performing well and designed well according to best practices Ability to work with users across the organization Strong communication work with users and mentoring junior members Alteryx Nice to have but not needed Someone who is open to learning new things Top Skills: Tableu (Tableau Cloud, Tableau Prep, Tableau Desktop), SQL Design/Development side ---- NOT ADMIN Project: Own Tableau - Supporting system and performing well Have a need for development support Using tableau to design content Need to COE Help with content development Team is currently on the admin side basic development but nothing major Team doesnt know tableau design so they need someone who does. This resource will be designing dashboards Ideally in Figma or other prototype tools need to have figma exp. Dashboard building Work with business to push back good communication skills are a must. Guide people in terms of design process as the team doesnt know about design processes.
