Manage the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), ensuring its seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. Architect a secure SAP environment, configuring it for optimal performance and compliance with security protocols, including user access controls and system authorizations. Monitor and optimize performance using SAP tools, proactively identifying and addressing issues to minimize downtime and enhance system responsiveness. Administer and troubleshoot across multiple SAP modules, including SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), SAP GRC, and OpenText Archiving and Document Management. Ensure successful legacy system integrations with third-party partners, financial institutions (banks), and internal business users. Oversee SAP Solution Manager setup and configuration, managing system change requests (CharM) and monitoring tools. Additional Responsibilities: Perform SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and database management to optimize system efficiency and stability. Lead discussions and strategy development around high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions to ensure business continuity. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on system architecture for RISE with SAP, hosted in a private cloud, ensuring scalability and availability. Address security vulnerabilities across the SAP landscape to maintain a secure operating environment and protect sensitive data. Work with cloud teams and have familiarity with AWS or Azure (nice-to-have) for managing cloud integrations. Experience and Skills Required: 12-15 years of overall SAP experience, including 5+ years managing SAP S4HANA and BTP environments. Deep expertise in SAP Basis administration, focusing on S4HANA architecture, performance optimization, and database management. Extensive experience with security configuration, user roles, and system monitoring in SAP environments. Strong knowledge of SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), SAP GRC, and OpenText Archiving and Document Management. Proven ability to manage and integrate complex legacy systems with SAP platforms. Experience in disaster recovery planning and leading performance-tuning initiatives. Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus but not mandatory. Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager and CharM configuration for managing system changes. Qualifications: Relevant SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP S/4HANA System Administration or SAP Business Technology Platform Certification are highly desirable.
