Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards Consultant Location: Chicago, IL Remote Work: Yes Visa : GC,USC Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards Consultant with a strong focus on Total Rewards, Annual Bonus Process, and Variable Long-Term Pays. The ideal candidate will work closely with the clients functional counterparts to assess and develop functional solutions as the project progresses. The consultant will leverage their expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to provide solutions related to compensation, bonuses, and long-term incentive plans, ensuring they meet client requirements and project goals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with client functional teams to assess requirements and develop solutions related to Total Rewards, Annual Bonus Processes, and Variable Long-Term Pays. Work on configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for total rewards and compensation processes. Assist in functional solution development, ensuring the alignment of SAP SuccessFactors with client business needs. Provide expert insights into total rewards strategy and ensure the efficient execution of compensation, bonus, and long-term pay processes. Support and guide client teams through the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors related to total rewards. Manage the end-to-end process for annual bonus and long-term pay solutions. Work closely with the client to monitor the progress of the project, ensuring it stays on track and meets deadlines. Must-Have Skills: Deep expertise in Total Rewards (compensation, benefits, incentives). Strong experience with the Annual Bonus Process and Variable Long-Term Pay programs. In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors for configuring and implementing compensation modules. Proven experience in providing functional solutions for Total Rewards in SAP SuccessFactors. Excellent communication skills to work with both client and functional teams.
