This role offers the opportunity to work on complex CPQ configurations, integrations, and automation, enabling a seamless sales process across global operations. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product) to define CPQ and CRM enhancements.Design, configure, and implement CPQ solutions in BigMachines (Oracle CPQ) to optimize Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) workflowsDevelop and document technical designs, implementation plans, and automation solutions for CPQEnhance commerce pricing & approval functions to meet evolving global business needsEnsure seamless CPQ integration with Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP systems.Monitor, test, and validate system changes before deployment to production. Stay up-to-date with CRM/CPQ technology trends, recommending best practices for system improvements.Upgrade CPQ versionsto align with business requirements. Design intuitive UI/UX for a seamless CPQ experience.Ensure data integrity protocols are in place to maintain high data quality.
