Lead SAP PMMO green field implementation, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions. Configure SAP PMMO modules to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing and project management operations. Ensure that all SAP PMMO implementations comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Provide expertise in troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring timely resolution of system-related problems. Create functional specs, conduct functional unit tests, and support end to end testing. Must Haves: Expert knowledge of SAP Grouping, Pegging & Distribution (GPD) or SAP Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization (PMMO) within the Aerospace & Defense industry in the US. Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems, Logistics, and Dassian PACE solution. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with SAP FI/CO solutions, particularly in Material Costing. Proven ability to work closely with clients to identify business problems and translate them into effective solution designs. Proficiency in writing Business Process Documents (BPDs), functional specifications, configuration design, building SAP configurations, and testing solutions. Experience in conducting workshops and leading system testing. Excellent communication skills Candidate is expected to work directly with the client to structure and implement complex technology solutions around SAP S4 Hana.
