Candidates should meet the following qualifications and skill requirements: Required Certifications: CBAP, AAC, CPOA, or equivalent certifications from a recognized business analysis institute. Core Responsibilities: Demonstrate extensive full-time experience as a business analyst. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats in a client-facing environment. Perform basic project management and scrum-related tasks as needed. Create, prioritize, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, while documenting key decisions. Develop test documentation, write and execute test scripts, and manage defect resolution. Utilize various development and project management methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and product management frameworks. Work with tools such as Azure DevOps, Clarity, MS Visio, SharePoint, or similar platforms. Apply knowledge of Salesforce and financial services systems. Prior experience with financial services (loan origination, loan servicing, insurance, or captive finance) is a plus. Desired Soft Skills: Proactive in driving projects independently rather than just monitoring progress. Articulate and confident in verbal communication, with the ability to lead meetings effectively. Strong written communication skills, including the ability to take detailed meeting notes and produce well-formatted deliverables. Work Requirements: This is a fully remote opportunity; candidates must reside on the West Coast or within the MST time zone.
