Role: Telecom Program Manager Work Location & Reporting Address: REMOTE Contract duration (in months): 6-12 Minimum work experience 10-12+ years Primary Responsibilities: Lead a team of contract project managers to successfully execute and deliver a portion of the Consumer group portfolio Partner with business, product and IT senior leaders and stakeholders to pro-actively manage and align on project delivery status and mitigate escalations Take ownership of program and project budgets and managing overall delivery Provide project management and direction to ensure the project team has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake within the project team. Act as an escalation point for the project team and project stakeholders to manage risks, develop mitigation plans and path to throughout the project. Proactively manage change control and communicate impact in project scope, identify issues, and devise contingency plans. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestone, task, and project health data.
