Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MS Teams Room (MTR) Engineer / AV & Video Conference Engineer to manage and support conference room AV systems and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining AV and video conferencing equipment.Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) via Teams Pro Portal and Intune.
Provide technical support for conference room AV systems, including Cisco, Logitech, and Surface Hub.
Troubleshoot Teams Meetings issues and ensure smooth virtual collaboration.
Maintain AV equipment in conference rooms and large meeting spaces.
Support executive-level video conferencing and provide solutions for large meetings.
Conduct system checks and inspections for AV and network equipment.
Manage AV inventory, configurations, and maintenance records.
Work with Active Directory, VLAN networking, and Power scripting.
Ensure compliance with E911, calendar scheduling, and emergency service mapping.
Troubleshoot room peripherals, cabling, lighting, and audio/video placement.Required Skills & Experience:
6-8 years of experience in AV and video conferencing support.
Strong knowledge of Teams Pro Portal, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Logitech, and Surface Hub systems.
Expertise in room cabling, microphones, displays, speakers, transmitters, and DSP.
Knowledge of Active Directory, VLAN networking, and Power scripting.
Ability to provide quick solutions for large meetings and executive-level support.
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
