Experience: o Minimum 9+ years in Salesforce architecture and development roles. o 2+ years experience with government system integrations. o Proven experience with state-level eligibility systems or similar platforms. Technical Skills: o Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns. o Strong experience with API design, web services, and ETL processes. o Proficiency in integration technologies (MuleSoft, SOAP/REST APIs, middleware). o Deep understanding of government eligibility systems and grant management processes. Optional Certifications: o Salesforce Certified Developer Architect o Salesforce Certified Integration Architect Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with ability to work with government stakeholders. Strong project management and documentation abilities. Leadership qualities to guide cross-functional teams. Analytical approach to solving complex integration challenges. Preferred Experience: Previous experience with state-level system integrations. Knowledge of federal grant management requirements. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in government projects. Experience with DevOps practices for Salesforce (CI/CD pipelines, Gearset, GitHub).
