We are looking for an experienced Java Developer (preferably with Capital One experience) to join our team. You will work on building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions. Responsibilities : Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications. Work with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs. Optimize application performance and scalability. Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD deployment. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Troubleshoot and debug production issues. Required Skills : Strong Java (8/11/17) development experience. Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, or Docker. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills : Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or messaging systems. Capital One experience or financial services domain expertise. Knowledge of React/Angular (for full-stack roles). Experience : 6-8+ years of Java development experience.
