This role involves working closely with senior management, technical teams, and clients to manage data requirements, implement database strategies, and enhance data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a self-starter, and has a strong analytical mindset with a desire to drive efficiency improvements. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior management, technical, and client teams to determine data requirements and implementation strategies. Assist in database design, modification, and maintenance, including writing and coding logical and physical database descriptions. Support the automation and maintenance of large-scale enterprise data ETL processes. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to reduce inefficiencies. Raise, track, and escalate IT tickets to resolve issues or implement enhancements in the Global Warranty Management System (GWM). Maintain and update tables/data in SAP to ensure accurate warranty claim processing. Work with the Dealer Business Center (DBC) to resolve warranty claim rejections. Analyze reject reports and identify areas requiring updates in the Labor Information System (GMLID). Collaborate with the Labor Time Activity Group to address labor time guide (LTG) issues. Provide off-hours support as needed to accommodate Global Business Partners. Perform daily data updates, system checks, and other assigned duties to sustain operational effectiveness. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. 0-2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or database management. Basic knowledge of database technologies and ETL processes. Familiarity with at least one scripting language. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP data maintenance and issue resolution. Prior exposure to warranty claim processing and data analysis. Background in process improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
