Document Processing Pipelines: Develop pipelines for parsing documents, chunking, vectorizing, and persisting vector stores to enhance AI processing capabilities. Vector Store Schema Design: Design optimized schemas for vector stores to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing. Prompt Engineering: Develop prompt templates using various prompt engineering techniques for interaction with large language models (LLMs). Utilize few-shot examples to enhance the quality of results. Semantic Agent Development: Create and manage semantic agents and facilitate smooth interfaces between agents to achieve cohesive AI solutions. Microservices & APIs: Develop microservices and expose them as APIs to enable integration and scalability across systems. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with architects and full-stack developers to deliver generative AI solutions. Data Management & Deployment: Implement best practices for data management, model training, and deployment to ensure seamless operation. Scalability & Performance: Ensure the scalability and performance of generative AI solutions in production environments, ensuring high availability and low latency.Essential Skills Proven experience in end-to-end development of generative AI solutions. Expertise in search technologies such as Elasticsearch, AWS OpenSearch, Kendra, or any vector stores like Faiss. Strong proficiency in back-end technologies such as Python, Langchain, and web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Deep knowledge of AWS services including S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, SageMaker, Glue, Bedrock, and Kendra. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools. Experience with data parsing, including using AWS Textract for processing unstructured data. Strong understanding of prompt engineering and management of prompt templates for LLMs. Experience with semantic agents and integration of various AI components into cohesive systems.Desirable Skills Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD. Experience in fine-tuning LLMs for task-specific optimization. Exposure to generative AI guardrails for model safety and integrity.
