This role combines technical expertise with leadership capabilities, requiring you to mentor a team of developers, manage integration projects, and ensure seamless connectivity across enterprise systems while driving innovation and scalability. ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management: Lead a team of integration developers, providing mentorship, training, and technical guidance. Oversee project delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define integration strategies, roadmaps, and architecture.Technical Development: Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, including: Logic Apps Azure API Management Service Bus Azure Functions Event Grid Architect and implement Salesforce integrations utilizing REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs. Define and manage API layers with Azure API Management for secure and efficient communication. Implement serverless workflows and event-driven architectures leveraging Azure tools. Develop scalable, fault-tolerant integration solutions that meet enterprise needs.Project Oversight: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized integration architectures. Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and testing to ensure high-quality solutions. Document integration processes, API configurations, and solution designs comprehensively for future scalability.Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal system uptime and performance. Implement secure authentication protocols, including OAuth 2.0 and SSO, for Salesforce integrations. Stay informed on evolving Azure and Salesforce integration technologies, introducing best practices to the team. RequirementsEducation: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: 58+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (e.g., Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions). Proven expertise in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs). 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing integration projects.Technical Skills: Proficiency in API development, middleware technologies, and integration patterns. Hands-on experience with event-driven and serverless architectures. Strong expertise in OAuth 2.0, SSO, and API security protocols. Advanced skills in JSON, XML, XSLT, and data transformation. Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and scalability best practices. Experience with Postman and similar tools for API testing and debugging. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or Git.Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proven ability to lead and foster collaboration within a team. Preferred Skills Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Azure Developer Associate. Experience with middleware solutions like MuleSoft or ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory.
