The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with Agile workflows, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to document business processes, procedures, data, and rules. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks. Manage project documentation in Agile workflows using Jira and Confluence. Define and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business needs with development resources. Monitor the effectiveness of data products post-implementation and drive improvements. Create and update training documentation as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Guiding Care experience in Care Management, Utilization Management, and Appeals & Grievances. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to think outside the box. Ability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making. Effective communication skills with attention to detail. Working knowledge of Tableau Cloud and Desktop is a plus.
