Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards with a strong focus on data accuracy and visualization. Work with Excel, MS Access, and SharePoint to support reporting needs. Utilize Power BI for advanced data visualization and analytics (preferred). Collaborate on consulting assignments within a large banking environment. Ensure adherence to ITIL and SDLC methodologies. Design and implement reporting frameworks and performance dashboards. Understand and analyze Service Level Metrics and operational dashboards.
