Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and key milestones. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CIO and CTO organizations to ensure seamless integration of content and customer data systems into the programs scope. Collaborate with Data Product Managers, and other business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact. Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on program goals, timelines, and deliverables.
