Job Title: React Developer Lead Location: Austin,TX Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Developer Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality user interfaces for our web applications. You will lead a team of React developers, mentor junior team members, and ensure the successful execution of front-end projects. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of React developers, providing guidance and support. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions. Drive technical innovation and explore new technologies within the React ecosystem. Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex React applications. Implement reusable and maintainable UI components. Integrate with back-end APIs and services. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Project Management: Estimate, plan, and execute front-end development projects. Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks. Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. Testing and Quality Assurance: Write and maintain unit and integration tests. Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality. Conduct thorough testing of front-end applications. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers. Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: Required: 11+ years of professional experience in front-end development. 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil). Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
