Location: USA Remote

Job Description: Licensing Expert
Experience:  L3- 7+ Years of Relevant Industry Experience
Required Skills:
In-depth understanding and knowledge/ certification of multiple publishers (Tier 1and Tier 2) such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, VMware, Citrix, Techsmith, Autodesk, etc.
In depth knowledge on ServiceNow SAM Pro
Good knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions, like ADDM, Bigfix, SCCM, ServiceNow etc.
Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management Processed, CMDB, Service Request Management process.
In-Depth knowledge on Publisher license metric.
Knowledge of Generating and reviewing software compliance position report.
Able to identify opportunities for software harvesting and optimization.
Good Presentation skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Power Point.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate License Compliance positions for Vendors like Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle etc.
Plan for renewals, renewal recommendations.
Harvesting & Optimization etc.
Day to Day SAM operation work
Resource building and Resource planning
Training and Mentoring of the team.
Escalation handling.
