Work closely with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions. Provide support and training for end-users to ensure effective use of CRM tools. Perform data migration and integration with other systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality. Project Management (PM) - Dynamics 365: Oversee the implementation and execution of Dynamics 365 Project Management features. Configure and customize project management modules to suit business needs, including project tracking, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and provide regular project updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and resolve any project-related issues. Required Skills & Experience: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Project Management modules. Strong understanding of CRM processes and project management workflows within Dynamics 365. Ability to gather requirements, perform configurations, and deliver solutions. Experience in user training and support for Dynamics 365. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
