Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign. Including campaign creation, delivery, workflows, and troubleshooting. Working experience to write queries to pull/summarize/analyze data from various data sets and platforms. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Expertise on Adobe tools. Minimum of 5 Years in IT support or production support roles. With exposure to marketing automation platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Expertise in trouble shooting issues related to data integrations, email delivery workflows and performance. Strong skills in documenting processes, troubleshooting steps, and creating knowledges bases for recurring issues. Experience with monitoring tools and reporting systems to track system health, performance, and user activity. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and IT operations.
