Title : Product Manager - SR Location : Irving , TX ( onsite 5 days in a week ) Duration : 6+ months VisaNO H1B NEED LOCALS ONLY -- FIRST ROUND VIDEO SECOND ROUND INTERVIEW ONSITE Qualifications A Bachelors degree in a related field or comparable professional experience. At least 6 years of eCommerce product management experience with focus on delivering digital payments initiatives and end to end understanding of payments ecosystem (including fraud/disputes). Experience with Stripe, Braintree and Adyen is a big plus. Working knowledge of digital payments, marketplaces, and subscriptions payments processing Extensive experience operating in an agile environment and partnering with scrum teams to deliver results is required Experience working with both customer experience and back-end applications Work with significant autonomy and freedom, requiring little oversight Experience as a Product Manager that has conceptualized and executed on an initiative in partnership with cross functional teams and engineering is critical for success Experience building and prioritizing roadmaps taking into consideration trade offs Strong analytical ability and experience making data-based decisions that elevate teams, members, and products. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. A doer who builds trust within teams and creates excitement about the challenges we plan to tackle.
