The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with expertise in financial reporting, asset accounting, and cost controlling processes.Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO modules. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions. Handle financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and asset accounting. Support cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis (CO-PA). Ensure integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP. Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience. Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Taxation. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred). Understanding of integration with MM, SD, and PP modules. Experience in product costing and profitability analysis (CO-PA). Ability to perform data migration and cutover activities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications: SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. Experience in FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management). Knowledge of BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation). Experience in US GAAP and IFRS compliance within SAP.
