This role requires a strong understanding of both UX principles and front-end development technologies. Responsibilities: UI Implementation: Translate UI designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code. Develop interactive prototypes and proof-of-concepts. Implement user interface components and features. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility. UX Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers to refine designs and improve user experience. Participate in user research and usability testing. Provide technical feedback on design concepts. Help maintain design systems. Front-End Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Utilize front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Integrate front-end code with back-end APIs. Optimize front-end performance. Prototyping and Iteration: Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints. Utilize prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Accessibility and Usability: Ensure that web applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG). Conduct usability testing and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices for user experience and interaction design. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a UX Developer or a similar role. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries. Understanding of UX principles and design methodologies. Experience with prototyping tools. Knowledge of accessibility standards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: Experience with user research and usability testing. Familiarity with back-end development concepts. Knowledge of design systems. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
