Apply expertise in network infrastructure to enhance functionality, reliability, and usability. Lead teams in providing advanced design, architecture, and diagnostic support. Maintain and troubleshoot operating systems and other system software. Conduct root cause analysis to recover from service interruptions and prevent recurring issues.
