Job Description: This is a Custom developed Software project Microsoft , .Net Solutions, customer facing software They have already implemented the platform, they have about 18 months backlog of enhancements They are co-building solutions with Microsoft There is a need for modernization, hyper personalization, some generative AI component Experience or understanding on UI/UX, 30-40 team members (Product owners, Bas , tech architects, UX Developers, onshore, offshore etc) Must have Retail Energy/Utilities experience. Someone with Salesforce or some other client facing application would be ideal. 10+ yr of complex project management on custom developed software. Excellent communication, financial analysis, and collaboration skills. Retail Energy experience. Experience leading projects for cutting edge digital / customer facing platforms is a must. User experience (UX) / design expertise . Agile expertise, ability to flex frameworks for the business and team needs is essential. Ability to convert to employee position may be an option.
