From: Mounika, VSB Tech [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, Visa : Except H1b ,OPT and CPT M365 ForcePoint DLP Security Engineer Location : UsRemote Job Overview: We seek an experienced M365 ForcePoint DLP Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cybersecurity, network security, and security compliance standards, ensuring effective protection of sensitive data. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage DLP solutions (preferably ForcePoint, M365, Purview). Configure and maintain network firewalls and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) functions. Develop and implement security policies, testing, and troubleshooting for DLP tools. Work on DLP encryption technologies, including hardware refresh, software testing, patching, software upgrades, and complex troubleshooting. Collaborate on security design and architecture, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Prepare technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and runbooks. Implement and maintain security configurations, access controls, and security tools. Troubleshoot and resolve DLP-related system issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with security standards and policies (NIST SP 800-53rev4, SP 800-37 rev2, FIPS-199, NIST 800-171). Maintain expertise in network administration (TCP/IP, firewalls, routers), including Linux/Unix and Windows environments. Develop security documentation, including System Security Plans (SSP), Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms). Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with DLP solutions. Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity, Data Classification, Data Discovery, and Encryption. Hands-on experience in policy configuration, security tool integration, and testing. Proficiency in technical writing, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Self-starter with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with CASB, Information Security Risk Management, and Compliance Frameworks.
