The key responsibilities include: Conducting training sessions for end-users on various Cerner applications. Developing training materials and documentation to support the training sessions. Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for users. Collaborating with other teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Cerner applications. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments. The ideal candidate should have: Strong knowledge of Cerner applications and workflows. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cerner applications. Strong collaboration skills to work with various teams.
