NO relocation. Hybrid, 2 days onsite. Interviews : Interviews will be held onsite in Lansing, MI. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview. Duration: long term contract Top Skills & Years of Experience: 5 years experience with As-Is and To-Be process flows or equivalent business/IT process flows. 5 years experience collecting and documenting requirements, preferably a combination of Waterfall and Agile methodology. 3 to 5 years experience writing detailed Epics, Features, and User Stories. 3 to 5 years experience with Microsoft office including Visio (for process flow creation).
