This role requires in-depth knowledge of MS Exchange on-prem and online, Active Directory, Mimecast, Power, and related O365 technologies. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience supporting Microsoft Exchange On-Prem and Exchange Online. 5+ years of practical experience managing/troubleshooting email Gateway solutions, Mimecast preferred. 5+ years of strong Power automation and advanced Active Directory experience. Mandatory Skills: MS Exchange On-Prem and Online Administration. Active Directory administration and troubleshooting. Power scripting and automation. Knowledge of Kerberos, LDAP, ADFS, DNS, DHCP. Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, O365 licensing. Secondary Skills: Experience with GitHub and YAML configuration. Knowledge of Terraform. Strong documentation and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Quest Change Auditor. Knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services. Ability to plan and deploy AD Sites and Services. Experience with Entra Conditional Access policies and Privileged Identity Manager.
