Job Description: Salesforce Technical Lead Technical & Functional Skills 8+ years of experience developing and customizing Salesforce.com application, via web services, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning, Eclipse IDE, Process Builder, Flow, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards 6+ years of experience as Technical Lead and managing the team Hands-on Experience of Process Libraries, Omni Studio and Data model is an advantage Experience with Salesforce communities, service cloud, Experience Builder and other clouds Good understanding of code Vs. configuration Experience working with clients and vendors developing solutions and supporting projects from requirements gathering to release management Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications Manage multiple assignments and deadlines Some experience with the US Healthcare System and Pharmaceutical Patient Services Education Bachelors Degree Certified Salesforce Developer Certified Salesforce Administrator Certified Velocity Developer Key Responsibilities: Leading the Salesforce Team as Technical lead Support the creation of customizations and integrations required for solution delivery Configure the Salesforce Health Cloud based on the business requirements Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Omni Script Apply best practices and experience to build Salesforce.com applications. Work closely with other developers in the team, business analyst, QA analyst and project managers. Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis Relevant Years of Experience: 10+ Years of experience Must Have Technical Qualifications: Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
