Title: Pega Technical Lead Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 12+Months Experience: 10+yrs Note: Please do not Submit H4ead, F1, L2ead CPT, OPT Job Description: Partner with Clients Site Reliability Engineers & Deliver Automation, Monitoring/Alerting Optimization, Stability Improvements Incident Restoration and Perform regular application maintenance / health checks, Working with load balanced high traffic services, optimize code and automate routine tasks Identify & document the root cause of issues and back track to the source of issues for resolution Participate in agile practice such as standups, demonstrations, grooming, and solutioning sessions Competencies: Digital : Pega Essential Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Pega RPA, including the development and deployment of bots. Experience in automating business processes, designing workflows, and integrating Pega RPA with third-party systems. Proven ability to optimize and debug automation processes for performance and scalability. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients. Solid understanding of RPA best practices and methodology. Desirable Skills: Pega Robotics Certification or similar RPA certifications. Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
