Five (5) points will be awarded for every additional year of experience with the national Medicaid program, up to a maximum of ten (10) points. Experience working with the State of California Departments or other government organizations. Two (2) points will be awarded for every one (1) year of experience, up to a maximum of ten (10) points. Experience in federal interoperability regulations or industry standards, such as the CMS Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule, Prior Authorization Final Rule, ONC Cures Act Final Rule, Health Level 7 (HL7) Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) specification, etc. Five (5) points will be awarded for every one (1) year of experience, up to a maximum of ten (10) points. Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) or PMI Guide to Business Analysis, as an equivalent to the certification. Experience working with advanced data structures such as Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) and X12.
