POSITION Senior Program Manager LOCATION Preferred to sit in Orlando office-5 days on site) INTERVIEW TYPE Video VISA TYPE No H1B REQUIRED SKILLS Position Desc: We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and drive complex, cross-functional programs and projects spanning application development, IT infrastructure, and other business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, demonstrating the ability to navigate hybrid environments and ensure successful delivery with high-quality business outcomes. The Program Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and execution oversight while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Programs may span multiple projects and multiple GT (Global Technology) disciplines and are often dependent on internal and third-party resources to meet the business objective. Project Name: SBO Initiatives Level of Knowledge: Core Competencies: Strong Communication, Negotiation, Leadership and Presentation Skills Large Project/Program Management and multi-year enterprise-wide programs Firsthand experience working as Technology project manager as well as scrum master. Resource Planning and Capacity Management Vendor Management Project Capitalization and Project Accounting Experience with both; Agile Project Management Methodology and Waterfall Project Management Experience with ITIL, DevOps, and Agile-at-scale frameworks such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Financial Accountability Change Management Proficiency and firsthand experience in Project Management tools including MS Project, Microsoft Project Online (Project Web App), JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or other tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience with vendor and contract management for large-scale IT programs. Skills Required: Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Program Manager, managing both Agile and Waterfall projects. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Proficiency in Waterfall project management techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
