The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management efforts, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of Fusion EPM and ERP solutions to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion EPM and ERP implementation projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and vendor resources. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies. Oversee system integration, data migration, and testing activities. Ensure compliance with best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for client and vendor communications. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery methodologies. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of experience in project management with a focus on ERP and EPM systems. Proven experience with Oracle Fusion EPM and ERP solutions (Cloud/On-Premise). Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
