Required Skills & Experience:Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect call flows and IVR testing.Proficiency with Cyara for automated contact center solution testing.Experience with API testing and integration automation.Strong scripting knowledge (Python, Java, JavaScript).Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.Experience in agile environments and test-driven development (TDD).
